Red Bull came to Deluxe to develop an experiential piece for the college demographic that embodies their primary marketing strategy: namely, position Red Bull as a product that promotes self-discovery, student culture, and, most importantly, an energy drink that's perfect for those late-night cram sessions. The "fake" textbook was planted in college libraries throughout the US.
